Space Shuttle Challenger と技術者倫理

　先のblogで技術者倫理に関連して Citicorp Center の事例をあげました。そして技術者倫理の面から決して忘れてならないのが、Space Shuttle Challenger の事故です。
　1986年1月28日、技術開発プロジェクトに加わって仕事をしはじめた時、プロジェクト室のある技術研究所の食堂へ昼食のために向かったところ、食堂のテレビで打上げ失敗の映像を目にして「夢であって欲しい・・」と強く願ったことを今も思い出します。
